There's a common misconception that a mixing of skin care products will give you radiant skin. When the skin doesn't change after all the creams and lotions, people end up getting disappointed.
It isn't wrong to apply skin care products but skin care means so much more. What goes on the skin is just as important as what goes in the skin. Overall, skin care products even with advancements help the skin by their selves.
Good skin care starts with proper nourishment.
This fact is most always passed over and people stock products with no regard for what goes in their refrigerator. A suitable diet help the skin in several ways and you can't replace it.
If you are the kind to disregard your diet, it is time to reconsider. You always have the possibility to start over and learn what food you need for glowing skin. Here are a few foods to include.
Omega 3 Fish
Mackerel, salmon, and other oily fish belong to this group. Omega 3 benefit's the skin as well as the heart. They strengthen cell walls and in turn hydrate and replenish skin cells. This gives the skin a suitable level of moisture. Moist skin stays supple and smooth. The pores improve giving the skin better elasticity.
Carrots and Sweet Potatoes
Carrots are a rich source of vitamin C and beta carotene. Beta carotene changes into Vitamin A when absorbed by the skin. The skin becomes dry and flaky without enough Vitamin A. Vitamin C contains powerful antioxidants and aids in forming collagen.
Adequate Vitamin C keeps the complexion youthful and fresh. Sweet potatoes are a good source of Vitamin C and beta carotene. They are plentiful in other antioxidant agents like Vitamin E.
Green Tea
Green tea has been lauded for its antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It is plentiful in calcium, magnesium, zinc, and. Vitamin K. Green tea I believed to guard the skin from the damaging sun rays. It is beneficial for the whole body and not just the skin.

Whole grains make excellent sources of B complex vitamins. The B vitamins are responsible for replacing dead skin cells with new ones. They protect the skin from infections naturally.
These are a few good skin care foods. All you have to do now is apply them to your diet. Lack of certain vitamins and minerals could cause premature aging and dryness. As the old saying goes, you are what you eat.
