About me:

I’m a writer of many self help and self improvement articles, books and reports. I have a particular interest in topics like friendship, making conversation, improving the way the brain works, health, aging, and many other areas of self development.  Other areas I’m interested in include overcoming depression, goals, motivation, and improving creativity.

Before I was a writer I worked for about two decades in a museum, training people to become science instructors.  Before that, I worked in a library. 

I’m very passionate about helping people, about learning, and about passing on what I have learned to others.

About my websites:

Right now I have three websites. 

http://www.royanereal.com – This was my original site but I have been waiting for a long time for some revisions to get made.  I decided to start up a new site while I was waiting, but eventually the updates on my original site will get finished.  My plan for this site is to include the best articles I can find on a variety of self help and self improvement topics.  

There will also be articles and comments I have written myself, as well as other recommended books and products.  Once that site gets going, there should be many hundreds of self improvement articles there, in addition to what you will find on this site you’re on right now.

http://www.royane.com – This has become my second site, and it continues the same theme as I want for my first site – I want to have only the best articles on a variety of self help topics.  Some of the articles are by other people, and some will be written by me. 

Will I eventually have two sites, or will I settle on just one of these?  It’s too early to tell. 

Both websites will probably change and grow, but I will only publish one newsletter to serve them both.

This is a tiny little website I developed to publish and sell my books.  Even though it is a very basic site, people tell me they like it.

About my newsletter:

When I first started my other website at http://www.royanereal.com I had an email  newsletter that I tried to mail out every two weeks.  A lot of bad things happened with that website, and one of the bad things was that all the addresses of subscribers got deleted by someone who was doing some technical work, and couldn’t be rescued.

So, if you were signed up to receive the Royane Real Newsletter before, I no longer have your address on file.  That will explain why you haven’t heard anything from me in a while.

I am starting up my newsletter again.  It will still be called the Royane Real Newsletter and I still hope to send it out every two weeks. 

It will still have helpful informative articles to improve your life.  Your address will still be kept private.  Your address will never be given or sold to anyone else, ever!  You can still unsubscribe at any time.
